Soup cauliflower and cheese

Ingredients
600 g of cauliflower
200 ml freshly mlyako
50 g butter
10 g flour
50 g cheese
salt
Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and boiled in about 2 liters of water. Flour fry in the butter. Roux was added to cauliflower, pour and milk and simmer for a few minutes. Before the soup to get away from the fire, seasoned with salt. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
