Soup with dried mushrooms

Ingredients
1 cup dried mushrooms
50 g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 onion
1 bay leaf
2-3 allspice berries
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
pepper, parsley, paprika, salt

Method
Washed mushrooms are soaked in cold water for several hours. Then make more water, add salt and cook until soft. Chopped onion fry in the butter. Add the flour and fry well. Roux sprinkle with red pepper, dilute it with a little broth of mushrooms and pour into pan. Add bay leaf and allspice, and boil a little more. The finished soup thicken with beaten eggs and yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper. The soup can be made the same way and with fresh mushrooms, and finally sprinkle with chopped parsley, fresh garlic and lemon juice.
