Ingredients
800 g lopush
1 onion
1 vegetable stock cube
1 carrot
2 handfuls of thin vermicelli
4-5 tbsp canned tomatoes
1 egg
5-6 tbsp yogurt
stalk parsley
Method
In a saucepan with 3 liters of boiling water, put the chopped onion and carrot. Lopushna chop onion and pour in 10-15 minutes. Lopushna is cooked after 30 minutes. Insert noodles and tomatoes, and after 10 minutes the soup is ready. Thicken as cool with egg and yoghurt and serve sprinkled with parsley.

As Mama's soup! :) You can not bind with egg and says mom to podmati with a little flour. But this is a matter of preference.
