Soup with rice balls Gyuverlakya

Ingredients
# For the marbles:
400 g minced meat
200 g rice
egg 1
1 onion
oregano, pepper, salt
# For soup thickenerta:
egg 1
2 lemons

Method
Knead the minced meat with finely chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper and oregano. Add 150 g of rice to seasoned minced meat. In a saucepan with a pre quite boiling water we drop shaped small balls and boil for about 30 minutes then spray the remaining 50 g of rice. Thickenerta prepare soup of beaten egg and juice of 2 lemons. After 10-15 minutes, add a little soup with meatballs to soup thickenerta to not cross the white and gradually add to the soup soup thickenerta and stirring with a wooden spoon. Soup thickens due to rice. Serve hot. You can decorate with parsley.
