Ingredients
320 g strawberries
320 g pet strawberries
800 g of milk
2 yolks
50 g sugar
10 g salt
cream (liquid)
Method
Fresh milk is diluted with a little water, add sugar and salt and bring it to the boil, then add the cleaned and chopped fruit. Once boiled removed from the heat and thicken the soup with egg yolks and cream. The soup can be served and hot and cold.
