Stanimashki dolmas

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
400 g rice
pepper
cumin
paprika
sunflower oil
sauerkraut

Method
Minced meat, rice and spices mixed good and add the oil. The leaves of the cabbage cut into 4-5 cm wide strips. These strips are wound the dolmas. Rank and pressed top pour sunflower oil with water and cabbage soup. Cook on medium heat.

These stuffed cabbage are very small and are typical of Asenovgrad in general. I first saw them and I liked!

I put 1-2 grains allspice and 1 clove of garlic.
