Ingredients
4 not very thick chops
50 ml sunflower oil
several large leaves sauerkraut
pepper
Method
In appropriately sized pan rank steaks, pour in sunflower oil and coated with cabbage leaves. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 250 degrees (fan oven). Vadim tray, get out fthe oil, sprinkle with pepper and go back in the oven without foil for about 15 minutes at 200C degrees.
