Stewed beef

Ingredients
500 g of beef
1 onion
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
tomato 1
2 carrots
piece of celery
1 bay leaf
pepper
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion fry in a pan, add the meat and fry on all sides until a brown crust. Pour the hot broth, add the peeled and finely chopped tomato, chopped celery and carrots, spices, salt and stew under a lid on very low heat until soft.
