Stewed beef in Rome

Ingredients
500 g of beef (round)
120 g pork (ham)
30 g lard
onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup (50 ml) red wine
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
pinch of marjoram
rosemary
pepper
salt
Method
Beef cut into cubes, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Chopped onion, garlic and diced pork fry, add beef and fry, stirring continuously. Meat pour wine stew a little, add the tomato paste and a little boiling water, capped with tightly fitting lid and stew on low heat until the meat is tender and sauce thickens.
