Ingredients
200 g strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
100 ml strawberry liqueur (cherry, raspberry, blueberry)
2 egg whites
4 tsp sugar
1 peach

Method
Strawberries and sliced peach put in cup dusted with sugar, flooded with liquor and leave for 1 hour. Whip good foam, add sugar and broken again. Extruded on strawberries and baked until golden.
