Stuffed peppers with mince and gravy

Ingredients
4-5 large peppers (green, red)
salt
sunflower oil
flour for rolling
# For the filling:
500 g minced meat
1 onion (old)
100- 150 g of rice
1-2 carrots
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp savory, paprika, pepper

3-4 tbsp yogurt
2-3 eggs
1 tbsp flour

Method
We prepare the filling. Chopped vegetables and fry them briefly in a little oil, add them and rice, which also add transparency to fry 1 cup hot water or broth, leave to simmer until rice is swollen. Withdraw from the heat and sprinkle with red pepper and a little salt. Came the mince. Fry it separately in oil with garlic until crumbs (you can add 1 tomato cut into very small cubes), pour 50 ml hot water, add salt, pepper and leave on the stove until it absorbs liquid. At the end add the savory and take off from the heat. Rice and minced meat is mixed once they are ready. Clean the peppers, salting them inside, while preserving their covers. Stir with a fork or wire and transfer the mixture in skillet. Heating slow heat with a little water, monitor the liquid will not boil. When the sauce thickens, get out of the heat. Optional you can chop in small pieces fresh parsley and dill.)

I do not Fry products in advance. Jump blend them and stuffed peppers. Pour more water in the baking pan can be boiled rice. Then use the water from the baking pan BUILD.

I already love I'm sure will then crunching. Once I fry them, I do not know if it was from the oven, but remained too harsh. So I guarantee you have nothing to happen, but I do not discount your option and probably something I bungled and that did not happen. :)
