Waffles with cream

Ingredients
150 g flour
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
2 yolks
1 tbsp rum
60 g butter
2 egg whites

Method
Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add and shattered cream, milk, egg yolks and rum. Was then added and melted butter, and the mixture was stirred well. Egg whites are broken down into snow and gradually add to the dough. In a greased with butter waffle machine put a little of the mixture (depending on the machine to cover the tray) and bake until golden. Serve with jam, cream, ice cream or fresh fruit.
