Walnut cake with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients
1 cup grated apples
1 cup water
2 cup flour
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp baking powder
zest
2 vanilla
3 tbsp rum or vishnovka
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
250-300 ml water
1-2 tsp rum or vishnovka
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Method
Apples and grate them add water, flour, semolina walnuts and other products. The whole was stirred to make it homogeneous mixture.
