Ingredients
2 courgettes
400 g of white chicken meat
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
pepper, salt
thyme
200 g melted cheese
Method
Courgettes cut lengthwise strips. Chicken and mushrooms finely together with the onion and garlic fry. In a greased pan rank order zucchini mixture of chicken and mushrooms and cut into rings processed cheese, ending with row zucchini and bake until ready.
