Zucchini Soup with cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
500 g zucchini
2 tbsp semolina or rice
40 g butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1 sprig of dill
salt
pepper
Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut into cubes and put to boil in salted water. After 10 minutes, add semolina and soup dosvaryava. Before you remove from heat and add the butter, chopped dill and fresh milk. When serving sprinkle with grated feta cheese.
