1 kg of fish - mackerel or another of your choice
2 peppers - green and red
2 bay leaf, 2-3 grains allspice, salt and pepper, 1 tsp marjoram, pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic
2 heads large onion
1/2 cup olive oil
3 ripe tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
50 ml white wine
500 g potatoes
3-4 sprigs of parsley
3 carrots

Clear fish, wash it well and cut the larger pieces.
