Bakalyaros plates (plates, of fish)

Ingredients
1 kg of fish - mackerel or another of your choice
2 peppers - green and red
2 bay leaf, 2-3 grains allspice, salt and pepper, 1 tsp marjoram, pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic
2 heads large onion
1/2 cup olive oil
3 ripe tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
50 ml white wine
500 g potatoes
3-4 sprigs of parsley
3 carrots

Method
Clear fish, wash it well and cut the larger pieces. In appropriate pot pour the olive oil, add chopped onion, pepper and carrots sliced, potatoes, coarsely chopped stew a few minutes, add the wine, after evaporating and crushed tomatoes and home. puree. Finally, all other spices and smells. Transfer in clay casseroles, add the fish, add a little water and bake at 200C until soft potatoes. 10 minutes before switching the oven add the chopped parsley and bake until golden. * Easy, tasty and yet healthy way to cook fish.
