Ingredients
600 g cottage cheese
30 g parmesan cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp semolina
1 and 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper, salt
1 bunch of mixed fresh herbs (savory, rosemary, parsley, celery, etc.)
2-3 scallions

Method
Eggs are divided into white and yolk. Egg whites with a pinch of salt broken snow. Yolks break with a strained cream. Add to semolina flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add olive oil and chopped garlic, herbs and onions. Place a pepper and pour the whites. Mix everything carefully to remain fluffy mixture. Pour into a greased baking pan and carefully aligned. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake at 180C, about 45 minutes. Once off the oven, baked allowed inside for 15-20 minutes, the door opens slowly.
