Banitsa with processed wafers

Ingredients
1 filo pastry sheets (about 400 g)
250 g feta cheese
3-4 eggs
1 cup yogurt with 1 level tsp baking soda and 1 cup soda
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1 full tbsp butter or margarine

Method
In deep bowl mix the crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, yogurt, mixed with soda (or soda) and the oil. Set aside 4 sheets. Of them in a greased pan is placed one crust, sprinkle with sunflower oil. On it with a second crust. From the rest of the package is taken a peel sheet is crushed, immersed in the mixture, gently shake off and put in the tray.
