Basmati rice with vegetables and eggs

Ingredients
200 g basmati rice
3 eggs
2 carrots
1 onion
1 stalk leek
150 g mushrooms - fresh or pickled
10-15 g Maggi unisos
2 pinches of sodium glutamate
2-3 pinches vegeta
olive oil

Method
Rice boil 10-15 minutes, not allowed to be boiled. Washed with cold water and set aside. Eggs fried on both sides and cut into strips. Vegetables are cut into strips and left to fry until crispness - possibly in olive oil. Season with vegeta, Maggi unisos and sodium glutamate. Add the rice and chopped eggs, stir and leave for 2-3 minutes in the pan. Serve warm.

Basmati rice is delicious and prepared very quickly. I added green and red peppers for color. Besides being delicious, is very useful :)

Bashmati is a specific aroma and flavor than other types of rice. A improvisation with him is infinite and delivers udolstvie :)

For the first time I have prepared the dish on this recipe in 2009 - as the *rookie* here - but tasty tasty :)
