Beef with Zucchini rustic

Ingredients
750 g veal
5 (1 kg) courgettes
2 bunches of spring onions
5 (250 g) red tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp (5 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
5 pcs chili peppers
Method
The meat is washed and boned, cut into medium-sized pieces and place in saucepan with chopped onions and tomatoes, red pepper, salt, vinegar and water, enough to cover, and boil until soft. Courgettes are scraped and cut into pieces, add salt and fry in fat. Boiled meat is placed in a tray and around rank fried zucchini and chili peppers purposes. Pour over the milk, broken beaten flour in a little water, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
