Bloody Roman soup

Ingredients
800 g canned tomatoes
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
parsley
salt

Method
Blend the tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic and chilli (optional can not be added). Seasoned with salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The soup is served with ice cubes, sprinkled with parsley and extra fields with olive oil. It works cool and is very suitable for serving in the hot summer months.
