Butcher stew

Ingredients
1 kg lean pork
3-4 heads (400 g) onion
4 tbsp (80 g) pork lard
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) paprika
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Meat, cut into pieces, stew in fat with coarsely chopped onion (or peeled whole onions). When the onions soften, add the flour, a little later - the red pepper. Pour over the warm water, add salt and boil on low heat until ready. At the end of cooking add the finely chopped parsley. In serving dish, sprinkle with crushed pepper.
