Cake with apples and cream sauce

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup soft butter
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
# TOPPING:
4 apples
4 yolks
3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Stir the flour, the butter and sugar until mixture grainy. Add the water to form a ball of dough. Roll out the dough and put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. We heated the oven. Roll out the dough and place in a baking dish, arrange the apple slices and bake for 10-15 minutes. Beat the egg yolks, cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over apples and bake another 35 minutes.
