Candy with rum and sticks

Ingredients
200 g of chocolate bars
400 g dark chocolate
3 tbsp thick cream
3 tbsp rum
2 tbsp instant coffee or cocoa powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
30 almonds
Method
Chocolate Sticks , sugar, cocoa, cream, rum and some grated chocolate mix. From the well-stirred mixture poizstudena and make balls. Rest of the chocolate is melted in a water bath and immerse it in the balls. While the chocolate is still soft top is placed in one almond (pre-peeled and roasted). each candy is placed in tissue capsule. Stored in a cool place.
