Ingredients
250 g cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cheese grate and to it add eggs and flour. Mix until dough like. Hand shaped chunks and fry in hot sunflower oil until browned pancakes or fried.

great appetizer for beer. Bravo! Fast, easy, tasty. must go to a favorite and will be prepared at every opportunity. Ideal to prepare breaded cheese without it spill into the pan.
were very nice I am very pleased with the recipe, but I first started to fry very heated stove and first reddened a bit too much, but then their knack :)

Excellent recipe!
I baked them in the oven, rice paper for about 15 minutes. Many were delicious.
