Frosting: Mix strawberries, jam and 1 / 4-1 / 2 cup water in a small pan. Simmer on low heat 4-5 minutes to make a thick syrup. Leave to cool. Base: carpeted circular shape with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper. Mix ground crackers, melted butter and cinnamon and press them and align the bottom of the form. Leave to cool while preparing filling. Filling: Melt the chocolate in the sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp hot water and leave it for 5 minutes to swell. Beat with mixer the cottage cheese, then slowly add the chocolate mixture. Dissolve gelatin in water bath until completely thawed. Add gelatin and whipped cream to the mix with the cottage cheese and pour them in the form. Stir about half a mixture of strawberry syrup filling and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve as pour remaining syrup.

recipe I like, but can be replaced with condensed milk usual.

I tried a simple milk. In principle, sweetened condensed milk, except that it is sweet and quite thick. So if you only put milk Try it with a small amount.

Many thanks for the reply, if usually try to milk will write about the outcome.
