Chop kebab beer

Ingredients
800 g lamb
4 tbsp butter
2 small zucchini
60 g salo
2 onions
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
300 ml beer
salt, pepper
Method
Meat cut into small pieces and put on skewers, as the pieces are placed between slices of salo, zucchini and onions. Finished skewers fry gently removed from the pan and put in a warm place. Prepare a mixture of beer, egg yolks, flour and salt. Individual egg whites are broken down into snow and gradually added to the beer mixture. Skewers Oval nice in the mixture and fry in heated sunflower oil until browned.
