Ingredients
          cornels (ripe, but not rubbery)
          1.5 kg sugar
          1 liter of water

          Method
              Wash fruits, bulk in jars and pour the hot sugar syrup, made from 1 liter of water and 1.5 kg sugar.   The jars were sealed and sterilized for 15 minutes. Remove and turn the cap down until cool.

It seems to me that sugar is very. I put in an average of 7 full teaspoons of sugar jar *Omnia* / 800 ml./ 10 For the jar reached about 1 kg. sugar. I did compotes of 07.09.2011g.
