Cookies Baked snails

# For the dough:
125 g butter
2 tbsp caster sugar
8 tbsp fresh milk
350 g flour
40 g fresh yeast
# For the filling:
1 egg white
100 g of powdered sugar
1 cup hip jam
1 tsp rum
ground walnuts
powdered sugar and vanilla for rolling - optional
To yeast is added slightly warmed milk and flour, stir to dissolve the yeast and leave for 5 minutes. Melted in the butter, sugar is added and poured into yeast. Messi soft dough and leave for 1 hour to rise. For the filling in dry bowl whisk the egg whites to snow, add powdered sugar and mix. Gradually add minced meat walnuts, jam and rum and mix well.
