Ingredients
1 potato
60 g spinach
salt
20 g butter
4-5 tbsp sour cream
pinch nutmeg
croutons serving

Method
Potato Peel and cut, put be it with spinach boiled in salted water. When boiled, seasoned with nutmeg and Strain, add sour cream, stir until a homogeneous mixture and add more water to achieve desired consistency. Allow the stove to clock several times. Serve with croutons or toasts. Can be consumed cold.
