Cream of zucchini soup with cream

Ingredients
2 zucchini
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 liter vegetable broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 cloves garlic
pepper, salt

Method
Lukkat and garlic are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Courgettes and potatoes peeled and cut into cubes. In a saucepan heat the oil and gently fry the onion and garlic. Add potatoes and zucchini and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add broth and boil put salt and pepper. Boil for another 15-20 minutes. Pulling from heat and everything passaged. The finished soup add the cream and stir well.
