Layered cake with mandarin

Ingredients
# For the base:
6 eggs
150 g sugar
150 g ground walnuts
30 g breadcrumbs
2 tangerines
# For the cream:
5 yolks
100 ml milk
200 g butter
2 tangerines
Method
Whip snow with sugar. Add the egg yolks one by one, the walnuts, breadcrumbs, grated peel and juice of mandarins. Mix everything well. The mixture is divided into two parts, which are baked separately in a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Cream is prepared by yolk, sugar and milk are mixed and are cooked to compression. Separately, mix the butter and mixed with up the cold cream yellow. Add the juice and grated peel mandarins. The two boards are glued together with the cream. Cake top and sides smeared with cream and decorated with pieces of mandarin.
