Leeks with sausage oven

Ingredients
5-6 leeks
400 g sausage of your choice
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp red pepper
pepper
salt

Method
Sausage is Peel and cut into slices. Cleaned leeks cut into rings and stew in the oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Half of it poured into the pan, top ranks sausage and cover with the other half of the leeks. Pour 1 1/2 cups hot water with fuzzy in her tomato paste. Bake in a moderate oven. In presenting each serving sprinkle with pepper.
