Lentils Alsatian

Ingredients
250 g lentils
750 ml red wine
750 ml meat broth
100 g lean smoked brisket
3 onions
250 g potatoes
1-2 carrots
bay leaf 1
2 cloves
100 g cream
Method
The lentils is cleaned, washed and soaked in red wine overnight. The next day, cut into small cubes pushteni breasts and melt them to golden fry chopped onion. Soaked lentils pour meat broth, add the onion, smoked breast, bay leaves and cloves and boil 1 hour over low heat. Then add chopped into small cubes of potatoes and carrots. Once uvri dish, seasoned with a pinch of sugar, salt and lots of pepper. Add and cream. Lentils boil again and immediately served.
