Meatball on vegetables

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
500 g minced meat
3 tomatoes
3 peppers
2 zucchini
eggs 1
1 tbsp yogurt
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4-5 sprigs of parsley
salt and pepper
100 ml sunflower oil

Method
All vegetables are cut into slices and sprinkle with pepper and salt. In the baking pan pour the oil, the bottom arrange the potatoes, put them on courgettes, tomatoes and peppers. Onions for minced meat is cut finely or grate, and garlic Grind. Mix all other products of minced meat. Blending mince is placed between two sheets of household foil and spread in the shape of the baking pan and cover it with vegetables. First Bake for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 220S, and then reduced to 180C and baked to stand for about 30 minutes.
