Meatballs cheese with tomato sauce

Ingredients
400 g cheese
4 eggs
1 bunch parsley
60 g breadcrumbs
1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
salt
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Grated cheese grater, add 2 eggs, pepper, parsley, half the breadcrumbs and a little salt. Knead the dough. It do small balls, dip in beaten eggs, breaded and again in the eggs. We release them for less strongly heated sunflower oil and remove them. Serve them warm splashed with tomato sauce or ketchup and sprinkled with parsley.
