Mesenitsa fish

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2 cup (400 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
1/2 cup (100 ml) of water
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
15 g yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
# For the filling:
400 g fish
4-5 (250 g) red tomatoes
60 g butter
100 g cheese
5-6 peppercorns

Method
Prepare the dough from the products and rolled sheet that is placed in a pan and lightly browns. It will bear cleaned and cut into pieces of fish, add salt and sprinkle with dill and pepper. Top rank peeled and cut into chunks of tomatoes, the butter and grate cheese. Thus prepared mesenitsa burned in an average high heat. Serve warm, cut into pieces.
