Moist cake with yogurt

Ingredients
150 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
4-5 eggs
250 g yogurt
4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp lemon zest
# For the syrup:
3 cups sugar
grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
Tray smeared with margarine and set aside. This includes the oven heated to 180 C. The eggs were divided into yolks and whites. The butter and sugar are broken to dissolve sugar well and the mixture turns white. Egg whites are broken down separately on snow and leaving aside. In the bowl with the beaten butter and sugar put the egg yolks, yogurt and lemon rind. Mix everything together with a mixer at a strong level. Reduce the rate of stirring and the mixer is gradually added flour. Once you break everything and make a nice smooth mixture and add beaten whites of snow. Pour into pan and bake at 180 C for 50-60 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a syrup as the sugar juice and lemon peel boiled together with 2 and 3/4 cup water until a thick syrup. Once the cake out of the oven wait for 5 minutes and cut into pieces and pour immediately with hot syrup. When the syrup cool and soak can be served.

4 h. H flour are very becomes too thick like dough. Bakpulovera put it together with the flour, although not told where :) We'll slopa we'll see what happens :)

Here are my photos: cake became palatable. Sprinkled it with grated chocolate :)

We expect them! And with 4 cups of flour you do it?

Well not only put 3 because it seemed pretty thick :)

This is the kind of roaring. I liked it!
