Mushrooms with feta cheese, cream and eggs

Ingredients
100 g cream cheese
400 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 red peppers
4 eggs
60 g butter
parsley
salt
Method
Mushrooms cut into strips and fry half of the heated butter. In other pot fry the finely chopped onion and peppers. Once the products are finished, the mixture of onions and peppers is placed on the fungi, without stirring. Put them on the feta cheese, cream, broken into chunks, pour in beaten eggs, place pieces of butter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and bake. Parsley should stir lightly with a fork to not stay dry. If the mushrooms are fresh before you fry should be stifled for 10 minutes in a marinade of water, vinegar, sunflower oil, black pepper, a few bay leaves and salt. The appetizer was good to be prepared in a ceramic pot.
