Mushrooms with rice and sausage

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms mushrooms
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
300 g sausage
6-7 (600 g) tomatoes
salt
sugar
Method
Mushrooms are cut into pieces and sauté in some oil until soft. Add the rice and sausage, finely chopped. Pour 1 cup water and cook to cook the rice. Separately in the remaining oil sauté the tomatoes, grated on a grater, add salt and sprinkle with sugar to taste. In large bowl pour the mushrooms and rice and around them pour tomato sauce.
