Pancakes with spinach and cheese sauce

Ingredients
120 g flour
2 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
sunflower oil for frying
500 g spinach
30 g butter
300 g Сос Bechamel for immediate consumption
100 g feta cheese
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are broken with salt, milk and flour mixture and leave little to stand. Make a béchamel sauce, add grated feta cheese and allow to melt. Well cooked and drained spinach cut into small pieces, add salt and fry in the butter. Of cooked dough made pancakes, place a little spinach mixture and rolled up, then pour hot sauce.
