Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 g skinless sausages
2 onions
processed cheese
sunflower oil
salt
1 bouillon cube
Method
The skinless sausages and potatoes cut into small cubes and mix in deep pot of Jena glass. They add the chopped onion, the oil, the chopped parsley and water, enough to cover everything. Last cut and put processed cheese (to taste). Pot covered with foil and bake in a hot oven until melted the feta cheese and potatoes are soft. Then fthe oil is removed and continue to cook until the water boil off, leaving only a thick sauce. pots can be replaced by a deep tray. Not necessarily water to boil off. Depending on how the oven you can remain water, but the product is ready. In this case, carefully remove the water in a separate container and leave the pan to cool. Compartments broth can be very tasty for drinking and for addition to other home meal.
