Pork stew with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg pork topside
5-6 onions
1 dry red pepper
1 cup red wine
250 g smoked brisket
500 g mushrooms
100 g butter
250 g cheese
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry until browned in butter. Cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and smoked breast and put in clay pot with meat. Add the wine, salt it with salt and pepper. Bake in an oven for 2 hours at low temperature. Opens and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes.
