Potato baskets with fresh sausage

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
200 g fresh sausage
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
nutmeg, pepper, Tharos, savory or another spice of your choice
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion and sausage stew under cover in the heated sunflower oil for ten minutes. Well scrubbed, unpeeled potatoes are cooked on steam. Hot Peel and crush (best to press for potatoes). As poizstinat mixed with eggs, salt and spice of your choice. Baskets 4 are formed, which are filled with the mixture. Arranged in a buttered pan, each basket is placed on a piece of butter and cook in the oven. Serve with salad season.
