Potato burgers with bacon and tomato

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
40 g butter
100 ml milk
150 g chopped bacon
2 tomatoes
1 egg
salt
breadcrumbs
bay leaf
fat frying
Method
Cook potatoes with bay leaf. Crushed to paste and add the butter, milk, bacon, tomatoes - cleaned of seeds and cut into small cubes, egg and salt. The mixture was stirred well and formed meatballs which are rolled in bread crumbs. Fry in oil bath. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and garnish.
