Potato croquettes with sausage

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2-3 eggs
200 g sausage of your choice
2 leeks onion
salt
pepper
green spice taste
1 tbsp flour
breadcrumbs or flour for rolling

Method
Chopped sausage fried with chopped leek. Cooked and peeled potatoes while hot, crush or compress. After cool down mix with 1 egg and leek mixture doovkusyavat with salt, pepper and herbs. Took shape croquettes, rolled in first in beaten egg, then in flour (bread crumbs or crushed potato chips) and fried.

Besides leek, croquettes can be made with onions - old or fresh. Instead of fry can bake as made in the image. Instead shape of croquettes, the same mixture can be formed into a roll or raztele in oiled baking dish, top to coat all sides with beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, why not cheese.
