Potatoes with beshamelov sauce

3 potatoes
200 g minced meat mixture
1 onion
5-6 cloves garlic
1 egg
# For the bechamel sauce:
1 tbsp flour
200 ml milk

Peel the potatoes, cut to half and dug with a spoon. Onions, garlic and parsley cut into small pieces. In hot sunflower oil fry the onion, garlic and mince until ready. Add beaten egg, parsley, add salt and fill the potatoes with the mixture. Arrange in a saucepan in which to pour hot water halfway up the height of the potatoes, add sunflower oil, salt and stew under the lid until ready stuffed potatoes (about 20 minutes). Flour fry in a little butter until golden, add the milk and stir until sauce thickens. The potatoes are placed in bowls and pour sauce beshameloviya.
