Pudding with peaches

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
3 eggs
80 g cornmeal
150 g sugar
800 g of peach compote (1 jar)
Method
750 ml milk is put to boil the fire with half sugar . Flour suspended in the remaining milk. To this was added previously beaten yolks and finally the beaten egg whites. The resulting mixture was poured into hot milk and mix well. At the bottom of a small baking dish spread remaining sugar, 2 tbsp Pour water and leave on low heat to caramelized. Cover with the milk mixture. Bake in a moderate oven. Allow to cool and then remove from pan. Pudding decorated with peaches, cut in two by the compote previously drained of syrup.
