Quick fish meatballs

Ingredients
300 g boneless white fish fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup flour raising agent (or with the addition of soda or baking powder)
1 cucumber (small)
1/2 red pepper (maybe hot)
3 green onions
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Egg stir and vegetables are cut finely. Tenderloin is cut and mixed with other products. Sgoreshtyava is sunflower oil in a frying pan. Spoon is taken from the mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides. obtained about 12 fish cakes.

Oh Maggie consecutive delicious recipe Bravo!

For those who have never cooked with cucumber: several discs heat in microwave or saucepan. If you like the smell, you'll love these and meatballs. Cucumber yield a completely different taste. A recipe is great!

Not bad meatballs!

Thank you all! I cooked with pickles and sauces for pasta pots I put in, but I think that here can be used instead of fresh!
