Rhubarb soup with vermicelli

Ingredients
300 g dock
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
5 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
pepper
mint
salt
vermicelli

Method
Fry the chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped rhubarb. Add the flour. Make up with water. Add spices, 15 minutes before removing from the fire - vermicelli. Thicken with eggs and yogurt.

Supichka for my taste. The green adore all.

Wonderful supichka! I put a bunch of spring onions and made it with Варена thickener for soups, main dishes and sauces
